The statement "knowing how to read does not a cook make" is completely TRUE!!!!!
Example 1: I tried to make rice-a-roni sometime ago. I have made it before under mom's supervision but never without her guidance. The end result was I undercooked part of the noodles and overcooked the other part! I really can't explain what I did or how it could have happened! But it was one of the most disgusting things I have ever eaten!
Example 2: I think the picture says more than enough!!!!!!!!!!! (I really, really love the stretch marks on top of the bag!!) I stuck the dough out over night! Oops!
