what's for dinner?

last night i made dinner for the family. my mom was asked to say the customary prayer over the food and said something to the affect of "we are grateful for tara and her creativity in the preperation of this meal". that touched my heart and spirit! in no shape or form do i consider myself close to being a creative person. but it's nice to remember that being creative doesn't equal the knowledge of  how to wield a glue gun or the ins and outs of running a cricuit. but that creativity can equal a meal that ends up being deemed a keeper. yay! you know it has to be good when family members reach for second servings, right? this site is amazing! in her words her recipes are low fat, family-friendly and healthy. she also calculates weight watcher points, calories, total fat and other such commonly observed intake values. check out skinny taste and definitely make chicken and white bean enchiladas!
